With almost two decades of Mortgage experience, I have learned the values, of objectively identifying the best products for each specific customer. I pride myself in being very detailed and thorough upfront , to make the process smooth and efficient. I have been through many cycles in the mortgage Business which allows me to always educate based on the market conditions.  I am skilled in all the standard products :

• FHA, VA, Conventional , USDA
• Investment properties
• Refinances of all kinds
• Condo loans ( I am very skilled in knowing how to get all kinds of condo loan closed)
• Jumbo loans and all the various products
• One time construction loans

We are the leader in the market for properties and loan types that do not fall into the Traditional loan types and we do a lot of these loan IN HOUSE and are part of our “ Portfolio” loans.

I am always willing to take the time to explain and guide the customers so that each and every loan is a success and leaves a lasting partnership with the customer and Agent.
